Our client, one of China's top 500 companies, focuses mostly on residential and industrial appliances. They were looking for the finest way to glue the autonomous evaporator.

The unfixed position of all evaporators on the conveyor belt, as well as the high precision requirements, drastically exacerbate the problems.

We were able to establish the calibration between the conveyor belt, robot cell,and laser camera utilizing the DaoAI laser camera and DaoAI vision software, allowing for real-time dynamic gluing.

The solution has been deployed for more than 10 of their working stations over two years running without causing any problems.
